This page sets out what shezadalikhan.com, my courses and my services do and do not promise. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. No guaranteed results

I teach and advise on digital marketing, SEO, websites and AI. Search engines, ad platforms and markets change constantly, and much of what decides an outcome is outside my control. I do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level, lead count, sales figure or return on ad spend.

2. Jobs, placements and income

Training and mentorship improve your skills and your chances. They do not guarantee a job, an interview, a placement, a salary or freelance income. When this site mentions students who found work, that was their own effort, and their results are not a promise of yours.

3. Course certificates

The AI Masterclass certificate is issued by TNXN Solutions and confirms that you completed the course. It is not a university degree, a diploma, or a qualification recognised by the Government of India, AICTE or UGC.

Some courses prepare you for third-party exams such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound and Meta Blueprint. Those certifications are issued only by the companies that run them, under their own rules. I cannot award them, and passing them is up to you.

4. AI tools and their output

Courses and articles show tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Lovable. These tools can produce wrong, biased or out-of-date output. Check anything they produce before you rely on it, publish it or give it to a client. Their features, prices and terms change without notice and are set by their providers, not by me.

5. Not professional advice

Blog posts, guides, templates and other free resources are general education. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation. Advice tailored to your business is given only in a paid engagement, in writing.

6. Accuracy and dates

I keep the site accurate, but articles reflect what was true when they were written or last updated. That date is shown on each post. Figures such as "people trained" and review counts are correct as of the date they were last updated, and fees and batch dates are as published on the course page.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on this site come from real students and clients, and are taken from my Google Business Profile and LinkedIn recommendations. They describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. I do not pay for reviews.

8. Client work and trademarks

The work pages show websites and campaigns I built or ran for clients. Some screenshots are archived copies from the Wayback Machine because the live site has changed or is offline. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Google, Meta, HubSpot, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, WordPress, Shopify and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with me.

9. External links

Links to other sites are there for convenience. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content. This site has no affiliate links and no sponsored posts. If that ever changes, the affected link or post will say so.
