These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shezadalikhan.com and any service engagement with Shezad Ali Khan ("I", "me", "my"). By accessing this site or engaging my services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage my services.

1. About the services

This site represents an individual practice, not a registered company. Services offered include:

• Digital marketing consulting — strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and CMO advisory for brands and founders.
• Training and workshops — digital marketing, SEO, and web development instruction for individuals, cohorts, and corporate teams.
• Mentorship — one-to-one career and skills mentorship, primarily for students and early-career professionals.
• Guest lectures — keynotes and classroom sessions for colleges, institutes, and industry events.

For agency services (paid media, web builds, retained CMO work) visit tnxn.agency, which operates separately.

2. Engagement and payment

All service engagements are confirmed in writing via email. A statement of work or proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement. Work begins only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed advance payment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
• Mentorship fee schedules are communicated at the time of application and are fixed for the agreed term.
• Guest lecture fees (if any) are agreed per event and are not refundable once the lecture is delivered.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Consulting and training: Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before a scheduled session receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.
• Mentorship: Monthly mentorship plans may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• Digital products and downloadable resources: All sales are final. Refunds are issued only if a file is materially defective and cannot be replaced.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, blog articles, guides, templates, images, slide decks, and course materials — is owned by Shezad Ali Khan and is protected by Indian copyright law and international copyright treaties.

You may quote brief excerpts (up to 200 words) for commentary or educational purposes, provided you attribute the source and link back to the original page. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute site content or course materials without prior written permission.

Work product created specifically for a client engagement (e.g. a custom strategy document or training curriculum) becomes the client's property upon full payment, except for underlying methodologies, frameworks, and tools which remain mine.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside my control — including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client execution. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, revenue outcomes, or placement rates.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shezad Ali Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any service engagement. My total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or its contact form to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, index, or reproduce site content in bulk for commercial purposes.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a service engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
