In class · Pace Career Academy I teach what I am still shipping. The slide deck I bring to class on Monday is built on the same campaign I ran on Friday. That is the only honest way to teach a practice that changes every quarter.
I focus on fundamentals — audience, distribution, feedback loops — before tools. Tools come and go; the way to think about a marketing problem does not. If you walk out of a session and the only thing you remember is a checklist, I have failed.
I treat every student question as a brief. If I cannot answer it in plain language, the framework is wrong, not the question. That is how the curriculum gets sharper, cohort after cohort.

Yes — entirely free. I do not charge for mentorship. My focus is helping Mumbai professionals switch their careers into digital marketing or IT. The only thing I ask is that you show up prepared and do the work between sessions.
Q.02 Who is this for?
Mumbai-based professionals — students, career switchers, or working professionals — who want to move into digital marketing or IT. I also offer one-on-one lectures focused specifically on digital marketing fundamentals.
Q.03 Who is this NOT for?
People outside Mumbai, or those not seriously committed to switching into digital marketing or IT. I keep the bar high on commitment because the slots are limited and the time is free. Q.04 How do I know if I am a fit?
A 20-minute discovery call. I will tell you honestly if your goal is realistic and if I am the right person. Roughly one in three calls ends with me recommending someone else.
Q.05 Do you guarantee placement?
No mentor honestly can. What I guarantee is honest weekly feedback and access to my network. Every placement in the cohort is the student's work, not mine.
